Frequently asked questions
Where do I find my AWB number?
On the air waybill that travels with the shipment, in the top right-hand corner. It has 11 digits: the airline prefix (3) and the serial number (8). If you don’t have it, just ask us.
What is the check digit?
The last digit of the AWB is calculated from the seven before it. If it doesn’t match, the number has probably been copied wrongly. Containers also have their own check digit under the ISO 6346 standard.
The airline isn’t showing my shipment
Data appears once the airline registers the cargo, usually when it’s accepted at the terminal. If another airline operates part of the route, try that one too. And if it still doesn’t show up, get in touch.
Why am I taken to the airline’s website?
Because the most reliable, up-to-date information comes from whoever is carrying the cargo. We save you hunting for the right page among more than a hundred airlines.
Tracking information comes from each airline’s or shipping line’s official website. Total Fresh doesn’t store your tracking numbers: recent searches are saved only in your browser.
Shall we talk about your next shipment?
Tell us what you need to move, where from and where to. We’ll come back to you with a clear proposal.
